Camp Zanika’s greatest asset is our hard working, knowledgeable, and amazing staff. For over 80 years Camp Zanika Lache has striven to find unique individuals who put our campers first, are safety minded and enhance our programs with their own personality and spirit. Staff members are thoroughly trained, and chosen for the emphasis they place on creating a quality program for youth in a safe and healthy environment.
“All our staff require: complete background checks, outside references checks, First Aid/CPR/AED certifications, and are expected to be exceptional role modeling for your children. We understand that you are trusting us with the most precious part of your life — you are trusting us with your child.” – Camp Director Theresa Samuelsen
Camp Zanika Lache is inclusive. Acceptance and participation in our programs is open to everyone regardless of race, religion, national origin, socioeconomic status, disability, sexual orientation or other aspect of diversity. Financial assistance may be available for those who qualify.

We are always in search of Camp Nurses (Doctors, RNs, Emts), who would be available to volunteer for a week or more at Camp Zanika during our summer sessions. This is a great way to get outside, work with our amazing campers and volunteers, and have fun.
