How Information Is Collected
When you wish to utilize certain of our web site services, we will ask you for information such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, certain demographic information and (if needed) credit card information. We need certain information in order to register you as a unique user and let you access personalized services. However, other requested information is optional and can be given at your discretion.
Camp Fire North Central Washington collects personally identifiable information when you register, use, or purchase certain Camp Fire events, products, or services; or if you make a charitable donation to Camp Fire online. Personal information is also collected by the social networking sites where we have a presence in order to connect to our information, activities, and events on those sites. When you register for Camp Fire programs, please be advised that your information is kept confidential and is only released to authorized personnel on behalf of the Camp Fire North Central Washington Council. We will not sell or rent our mailing list to anyone with the exception of subpoenas, court orders or legal process.
Camp Fire North Central Washington also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address. Like most web sites, Camp Zanika Lache uses “cookies.” A “cookie” is a text file, invoked by standard browser software, that we place on your hard drive to enable our systems to recognize your browser, track transactions, and allow you to navigate our web site without having to re-enter information. The information gathered by cookies is not made available to any unaffiliated organizations. The social network sites that are linked from our home page are maintained by Camp Fire. We reserve the right to delete any submissions that engage in unlawful, illegal, unethical, discriminatory, disruptive, threatening, or offensive activity or practice. If any user is found violating local or national Internet policies, the offending user will be removed or blocked from access to the site or sites. Additionally, we may report unlawful, illegal, or threatening activity or practice to law enforcement agencies, as appropriate.
Whether the information is collected online or in person, Camp Fire will not share or sell the personal information of our donors with anyone else, nor send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations.

Camp Fire North Central Washington may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information, we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages, and notification by mail or email.
