Volunteer Led Kids Clubs

Camp Fire’s core program is small clubs that meet weekly during the school year.  These clubs are volunteer led, with a trained adult volunteer leader and co-leader.  These leaders come from all walks of life. Our excellent outcome-based curriculum allows leaders can present the programs without investing a lot of time. These programs are organized into five subject areas called Trails to;

  • Knowing Me
  • Family and Community
  • Creativity
  • The Environment
  • The Future

The children receive emblems (badges) and other forms of recognition to mark the completion of projects undertaken in these trails.  Children in volunteer led clubs can attend events put on by Camp Fire NCW to earn further emblems, complete a project, or just have fun!

Dues & Materials

Camp Fire North Central Washington charges club members $25 per year or $35 dollars for a family of 3 or more.

Staff Led Kids Clubs

Camp Fire holds staff led clubs throughout the school year, in small groups that meet weekly.  These staff are paid by Camp Fire NCW and trained here in our office.  The curriculum used is a modified version of that used in our volunteer led clubs.

Cost for a youth to participate in 8 months of Camp Fire Club is the initial registration fee of $25.00 and $18.00 per month. These clubs are generally in session during the school year, spanning the months of October through May.
