Camp Zanika Staff

We are pleased to offer positions beginning June 16 and ending August 5.  Employees, with the exception of kitchen assistants, should be a minimum age of 18 and be a high school graduate with one year of college or work-related experience.  Open positions include counselors, lifeguards, ropes course specialist, craft specialist, assistant cook, and office manager.

Volunteer Positions

Being a Camp Fire volunteer offers special opportunities for the youth we serve, and life enrichment for adults.  Camp Fire provides the structure, training and support systems that enable caring adults to foster healthy youth development.  Camp Fire mentors help young people grow up to be healthy, caring and responsible adults.

Club Leader

This volunteer leads, with another adult, a group of similar-aged children.  Club size is 8 to 12 youth, the ages range from 3 to 18 years.  They organize and facilitate activities designed around Camp Fire’s Five Trails of Knowledge.  Help children develop a positive self-image, social skills, community service projects, new friends and much more through activities in arts, outdoors, science and games.  Please contact us for more information and to get an application.
